Kadhai Paneer is among the most popular Recipes of  India. Paneer dish that tops a vegetarian's list, this paneer recipe can be made dry, semi dry or with gravy. Here, I present semi dry paneer recipe that can be served as a main dish at a dinner party or special occasions as well, along with a chapati, paratha or some cooked rice. This Recipe is called Kadhai Paneer because it is cooked in a special Indian wok called Kadhai which is the most basic essential in Indian Cuisine.

Ingredients for Recipe of Kadhai Paneer

500 Gram Paneer (cottage cheese) (cubed and deep fried to a light brown)
3-4 Green chillies (slit a little)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 Cup adorned curd
 1/4 Cup Oil two tsp Cumin seeds two Bay leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red pepper
powdered 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
powdered 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves (for garnish) chopped

Steps for Recipe of Kadhai Paneer: -

1.Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds and the bay leaves.
2.When the seeds begin to splutter, add the ginger paste. Saute till a light brown.
3.Add the curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red pepper and therefore the coriander powder, and stir-     fry until the fat separates.
4.Add the paneer and also the green chillies and saute over high heat until the paneer is well mixed      with the masalas.
5.Serve the Kadhai paneer hot, fancy with the coriander leaves.
